Privacy statement

Finesse Entertainment respects your privacy. This statement explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or apply to join the team, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address and phone number, and whatever you tell us about your event or your experience. We only use this to reply to you, plan your event or consider your application.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both may process your information outside New Zealand, including in the United States, and both are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Cookies and advertising

We advertise with Google Ads. This site uses the Google tag, which sets cookies so we can see whether visitors who clicked one of our ads went on to send an enquiry. It helps us spend our advertising budget sensibly. Google may use this information as described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ad Settings, or block cookies in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email alyssa@finesseentertainment.co.nz and we will respond within 20 working days. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
